What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kelly Cain Don't give up. When I first started writing two years ago, I didn't know a whole lot about getting published. I Googled it and there were so many people saying it was near impossible. I didn't submit my finished novel at first because of all the discouragement and when I finally did, it was accepted by the first publisher I submitted to. I realize that isn't the norm, but if I'd listened to those detractors on the Internet, I wouldn't be in this position.
