Out of all of your books which one was the most difficult to write?

Julie Klassen I would probably say The Secret of Pembrooke Park. It was the longest book I had ever written in the shortest amount of time to write it, and complicated by weaving the present story with the past story. Also, its strong mystery elements, like clues and red herrings to keep readers guessing, were a brain puzzle, but one that I really enjoyed. Thanks for your question!

I love your books and really enjoy the Regency England setting. However, have you ever considered taking your characters to other countries in the same time period? I'd love to see a romance bloom on a sailing trip to Greece, or maybe sample some chocolate and wine in France, or visit Spain, Italy, even Egypt perhaps!
