Hi Chris, Not exactly a ?, but, If you haven't read My Diary from the Edge of the World by Jodi Lynn Anderson, give it a try. I think you might like it. I also loved The War That Saved My Life by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley. (I noticed you liked Goodbye Stranger by Rebecca Stead, and thought you might enjoy two other good middle grade novels, my three favorites this year.) --Librarian

Yes, I was just as a school where THE WAR was winning the Mock Newbery, so I definitely have it on my TBR list. Sheesh. I sound like Kyle Keeley!
