Neville Twitchell

Who is the "Gary Webber" referred to at one point towards the end of the novel. Unless I missed something he had not been referred to at all previousy, and is not again. Was this a mistake on James' part, writing out a character she had originally included, but then forgetting she had written him out at that point of the narrative?

Lyndsey I was wondering about this as well. I didn't remember a Gary Webber at all.
