I have read three of your books which are "The Night She Disappeared", "Girl Stolen:, and "The Girl Was Suppose to die."I loved all three of them, anyways why do you always write about someone getting taken? Don't get me wrong I love your books but I always wanted to know how you can get so many ideas off of one topic.

April Henry I don't always write about kidnapping, but I do write about it a lot, don't I? Stolen and Night were both inspired by true stories. Whenever I read a story like that I wonder what I would do in that situation. I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?
