Hi Lev! How do you view Quentin Coldwater - as a hero, as an antihero, as a villain protagonist, or as something else?

Lev Grossman I think of him as a hero. Though he's not much of one, I'll admit. You could view the whole arc of the trilogy as his coming of age, which makes it sound kind of trivial, except that coming of age is something I take pretty seriously. Of course Q is pretty flawed at first, but in my experience that's what people look like before they've come of age. If he were perfect there'd be no story.
