Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jean Davis A Broken Race started with the idea of writing four characters who were all both the good and bad guy. I explored each character throughout the various drafts and finally decided on One-fifty-two as my protagonist. He was such an interesting character to write, being so innocent, and I'd grown rather attached to him. Though, in the end, each of the four men had and equal share of good and bad, their actions necessary based on what they thought was best for their people.
