You are an evil man ;) I am in the middle of moving when it is already below freezing, and I have spent the last week reading books 2 and 3, while living on an inflatable bed in the living room, without a single box having been opened. Finished it 10 minutes ago and I am already looking for the next book but at least, I may finally be able to unpack my boxes. Do you think it will be out before the end of 2016?

Great to hear from you. I'm very sorry to have contributed to your moving misery :) I hope that the unpacking has gone well now that you've finished Ruin!
I finished writing the fourth and final instalment in the series, titled Wrath, a week ago. It's with my editor now. Usually it takes around 9-12 months for a book to move from submission to 'on the shelf,' so I would imagine that Wrath will be out no later than this time next year. Definitely before the end of 2016. I hope that helps.
