What kind of writing program do you use on your computer to write books? Is it Pages or Microsoft word etc. or some super fancy author writing program? Team Iggy-Keefe! Btw, I love your books, keep writing!!!!

I've tried fancier programs and so far have yet to be converted. For the moment, I still write my drafts in Word.

Have you ever been writing the plot outline, or even a chapter in one of your books, when-GAH! You realize the plot is supposed to go a different way, no matter how great your first idea was, and you have to re-write the whole thing. If you've experienced this, what did you do about it?
