Writer's block is the worst! The only cure: write through it. Even if it's back story, or just dialogue, I know I have to keep plugging away. Writing by hand, especially for dialogue, really helps me.
But I am a real procrastinator, so even when I'm bursting with ideas I tend to drag my feet. *sigh*
