None at all. The entire series has none. I would recommend it for eleven-and-up. There is some talking about it, but no serious in-depth chat about the subject. I think it's safe to say that Unearthly is okay for younger readers. There are things like, "We kissed", but nothing really more explicit that would offend someone.
