For those that have read more than one Ruth Bader Ginsburg bio, is this the best choice if a reader is just going to read one of them?

Absolutely. Comprehensive both legally and personally and darn inspirational. Amazing woman and a book that shows the many reasons why.
Will Leben
What's special about this one is that it directly connects details of RBG's personal life to the qualities she has exhibited in her career: devotion to work, persistence against the male establishment, unflappability. We even learn the reason behind her signature white collars worn over the justice's robe.
And the book's remarkably accessible, even about her legal opinions.
