Please I need your help? I adored Outlander. Dragonfly in Amber mentioned something about twenty years in the first few pages ( hope this is vague enough not to be a spoiler). Heartbroken! Closed the book immediately and have not picked it up since. Please advise if I should give it another chance?

It only stays in the 20 years in the future for a few chapters, after that she is back with Jaimie and explaining what happened, and how she got back through the stones to go to her present time! Trudge through it. It's worth it. (less)
