Who else here was disappointed in the hobbit movies? I thought there was too much CGI and it strayed to much from the book. Reply if you think so too! :)

The first part of the trilogy of the movies is the only part I can tolerate. Tauriel was a BS character. Legolas was an unnecessary addition to bring in fangirls. The love story between them and Kili was obsurd and infuriating. If you'd never read the book, the movies would have been alright, but PJ should be ashamed of the BS he added. It's an insult to the origins of the story. (less)
