Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Joe H. Sherman The Bloodline Chronicles series was actually designed to interest my eldest son. It was part of the brilliant plan to get him to work on his writing skills. However, I overlooked one minor detail. He doesn't enjoy writing. Try as I did, I couldn't get him interested in writing the story with me. Nevertheless, I continued to write without him until I had written the entire series.
