How do you deal with writer’s block?

Tracy Fahey I get so little time to write, I don't usually suffer from writer's block - because I've been waiting eagerly for the chance to scribble. On the rare occasions I do, I tend to drop the story in question, and leave it to lie fallow. I've learned not to force it. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't (but more often than not, it does). At the moment I'm working on a story I let go of about a year and a half ago - I've suddenly realised how to reanimate it.
