Where do you get the inspiration to write such great books?

Kasie West Thank you. I'm glad you like them so much. Inspiration? That's something that comes to me in different ways all the time. Whether it's from movie I watched or book I read or cool place I visited. Where it never comes to me is staring at a blank screen trying to figure out an idea. So I always have to make sure I'm keeping my well of ideas full by living my life too. :)

Hello Kasie! I wanted to ask something. What was going through your mind when you were writing both "The Distance Between Us" and "On The Fence"? I loved both those books. I literally read both books in a matter of 2 weeks! Also, can you think of writing a sequel or novella for both books? I would love to read them. Especially the novellas so we can all see the POV of both boys.

Have you ever had to make a really difficult decision and done something similar- like followed both paths (in your head I mean Did any real life events inspire The Distance Between Us (another book about hard choices) ? Do you intentionally build such a strong family theme into your books?

I've read two of your books.PS I like you and On the fence. I loved them. But in your books I've noticed that the story goes on from the girl's perspective and she has two choices: her crush and the main boy. Why is this so? Will you write a book from a boy's perspective?
