Isaac Marion There is another threat. The plague isn't a "zombie virus." It's a deeper sickness in human consciousness that takes different forms in different eras. Now that the brute-force zombie threat is in remission, it's jumping into a subtler, sneakier host, reanimating old power structures with some disturbing modifications.

Will you ever produce a paperback with a UK distribution? The reasons I'm asking is I dearly want but I've exchanged most of my hardbacks for paperbacks lately (house moving experiences), prefer books to have a uniform look, & postage on top to the UK prohibits my buying as (if it doesn't go missing, a sad and real possibility) the book may also incur import and post office charges (also a painful experience).

Hi, I read your post on Tumblr about how The Burning World and The Living are 900 pages long. That is an impressively massive undertaking and I can't even imagine the editing process. No wonder it took three years! I was just wondering how you maintain the tension in a novel that long? Is it part of the editing process or do you find it comes naturally as you write? Thanks!
