Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Anthony A. Kerr A former coworker of mine was looking at a business book on a shelf at work called "Cowboys and Dragons: Shattering cultural myths to advance Chinese/American Business" by Charles Lee, and turned to me and said, "Man if someone would write a kids book about cowboys and dragons, I bet they would make a fortune." When I went back to my desk I visualized a scene that ended up being the beginning of the climax for "The Dragon Rustler". Two years later, I have the book, but am still waiting for the "fortune" part of the equation to happen ;-)
