Hello, I just finished reading Dreams of Joy and I loved it. Thank you for wiriting it. Is there going to be another book after this one and Shanghai girls? I am especially curious about the photographs that her father gave to Pearl and his history that was never developped and of course May's and ZG's story. Maybe a book on May's perspective? Lisa See Thank you so much for your very kind words about Dreams of Joy Aurora! I'm so glad you've enjoyed it, and want the story to continue! I'm not working on a sequel to Dreams of Joy at the moment, although I did plant some things in that novel in case I ever decide to write a third book in the series.

Lisa - I loved each book you have authored that I've read. The most recent book - The Island of Sea Women - was beautiful and I've recommended it to friends. Did you see this PBS program? I was delighted that an episode (Season 8, Episode 4) of the "Travels with Darley" included a spotlight on Jeju Island and a personal experience with haenyeo.
