Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Cindy Lynn Speer My most recent book (I just turned it in to the publisher in September) was inspired, lightly, by my long time love of the Musketeers. I always enjoyed their friendship, and I have always had a weak spot for Athos and for men with swords...

I have also always thought about stories, such as Lady Hawke, where you have this legendary love. What's next? What happens if this legendary love does not work out the way you would think/hope it would?

So those things, certainly, went into The Key to All Things, though you probably wouldn't know if I'd not told you. :)
