I think that if you teamed up with Rick Riordan the book would be so awesome that the human race wouldn't be able to handle it.(but maybe the elves would!:) That out of the way, where in the worlds are the elf cities? Its never mentioned in the books, except the Sanctuary.

Shannon Messenger LOL, *somehow* I suspect Rick Riordan is far too busy to team up with lil' ol' me. But if he decides he wants to, I AM SO GAME. :)

And the Lost Cities are scattered all over the planet. I try not to get more specific than that to stay true to how the elves think. They wouldn't want me telling humans where to find everything, now would they? Though if that info becomes crucial to the story it'll be revealed. :)
