To be honest, that's a pretty subjective question. But I'd say that roughly the second third of the book is the "worst" part, as the park descends into an unexpected chaos that no one is even remotely equipped to deal with, mentally or practically.
Later on, everyone knows what they're dealing with and they act accordingly. They pay more attention and avoid imprudent mistakes, and when somethings going to happen, they're generally aware of it beforehand.
