What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kayl Karadjian Start writing a crap ton until you get really good at it. The passed around quote to perfect any skill is doing it for 10,000 hours, and while that is probably a bit much if we're talking about writing, the message is the same.

With every book you write, you're writing will only get better. I'd recommend starting on short stories or fan fic to get started before moving on to a whole book.
