Terry Holt
asked:
if the dog that attacked your son looked like the dog on your cover FYI that's an American Bully Tony not an American Pit Bull Terrier? Apparently the courts declared that anyone of average intelligence can identify a "pit bull" and considering Tony's using the wrong breed on the cover of his book would be testimony to how factual the writings within this publication are with little to no actual research done.

Honesty
You are correct this case was never about responsible dog ownership or safety. If you read then case Tracy vs. Solesky, you’ll see that the boys provoked the dog twice on the day Dominic was bitten. Surely if the dog was “dangerous” the kids would have told an adult about the first incident. But they knew they were wrong in torturing the dog which is why they didn’t tell anyone until after the SECOND time that DAY when they returned to abuse the dog and got bit.
