who or what inspired you to want to write all these wonderful books?

April Henry I have always LOVED to read. And making other people happy when they are reading is the next best thing. Whenever I read a news story about someone put in a bad situation that they might not survive, I ask myself, what would I do in that situation? Or what would I like to think I could do? And I like to add as many twists and turns as possible. Also, my mom was very encouraging when I was first starting out. Back then, my mom might have been the only one who read what I wrote. Which is why it's amazing to hear from enthusiastic people like you whom I have never even met!

I don't really have a question, just a comment, but I don't see a place for comments? just questions... anyway, I'm not sure how I have missed your books for so long, but I am SO GLAD I have stumbled upon them. I started with "Girl, Stolen." It was at my school's book fair (I teach middle school), so I bought it. I finished that quickly and now I am reading all my school's library has. Thank you for writing!!!!!!
