A Goodreads user asked this question about The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles:
Would you be willing to open your mind to new beliefs? How bold are you to the idea? How far can you stretch your thoughts? I read this book around 2010 just for the reason it had a reeeally cool book cover. Beware..Sorry I meant, Become AWARE of your strengths my friend. Read This Book

Because this could actually turn into a power - to make the best out of every day lived, choosing to put a light on what could be useful to build, instead of wasting time and energy on things that turn to destruction.
Some say that from a scientific point of view, the book has zero proves that thoughts can change matter.. well, I 'm not in the field, but I am pretty sure that there is a huge difference between making a plan, taking the steps and achieving the goal and then start analyzing what could be done better next time ... and .. spending time thinking that it may not work, taking a step or two and failing because the thoughts were about that from the beginning, without even considering afterwards to think of improvements, but just quit the whole plan. So, in the end, self empowering and self sabotage are real. I think the problem is that these two maybe should be proved by scientists that they exist. But, they exist, right, anyways, without dna proves, biology proves and so on .. (less)
