(view spoiler)[I just finished reading all your books and i was so intrigued with all of them from the first paragraph! but i have a question: would you ever write a story about Andy because she just keeps having the same problem with Kyle? Or a story of all the Garret family kids since there the best part? also, when you write about the kids, do you sometimes think of your own? And how do you compare them? (hide spoiler)]

I'm so glad to hear you liked the books, Evelin. Thank you for reading all three, I'm honored. I would, indeed, like to write a story about Andy, and thanks for noticing that she keeps having the same problem with Kyle. I feel for Andy. It's so hard to figure all that stuff out. I've thought about doing a whole-family story as well--or doing a sequel with Andy as a secondary story (she sort of was in the first one, to a small degree). But I want to find the right story to do them all justice, and I'm not there yet.
I both do and don't think of my own. I don't base fictional characters on real characters, except in the sense that I knew a lot of kind and decent boys, and sometimes people need reminding that they are out there. But I mostly think of all the kids I've known--and the one I was, their habits and their fears and their strengths and their hearts. All that good stuff.
Warmly,
Huntley

Just wanted to start off by saying I absolutely loved My Life Next Door! Definitely one of the best books I've read in a while and one of my new favorites!I The end left me craving for more between Jase & Sam. Are you thinking of a possible sequel with those two as the protagonists again (though I am totally excited for The Boy Most Likely To) even if it would be a New-Adult book?

Hi Huntley! I finished reading My Life Next Door and enjoyed it a lot! It was so great! I'm just worried, did Jase and Samantha broke up in the last part? And is The Boy Most Likely To still includes Jase and Samantha's love story? I am really looking forward to find them together and happy in the TBMLT. I sure wish they're still together!!
