How did you come up with the storyline for your new book? What you thing makes your book different from other YA thrillers? What do you think makes your book special?

The storyline for The Dead House came out of a period of time when I was quite sick, and I talk about it on the interview I did on Publisher's Weekly (the podcast) as well as on my YouTube channel (WritaholicDK), although I'll be making a video specifically about this very soon).
As for what makes mine different, I always prefer to leave that up to the readers. After all, it's your book now! <3

Your book, "The Dead House," was one of the first books in a long time that kept me awake at night. I couldn't put it down; it was a new kind of horror for me, using a mental illness to have my mind racing rather than a malevolent ghost or a torture obsessed serial killer. Do you plan on sticking in the horror genre and do you have anything else currently in the works? Thanks for the great read!
