I can't imagine another life for myself besides the writing life, LeeAnn. It's such an intrinsic part of my being — it's impossible for me to imagine what I would be without it. But if I were allowed to have a different talent besides this one, I would want to be a singer-songwriter. You know that chick with the guitar, in the corner of the smokey bar, singing about broke-down love? That's who I would want to be.

I always come up with what I think are great story or blog ideas. I've even outlined a memoir-type book, but I can't seem to have the patience to actually sit and write. Do you have a system or a time frame when you "make" yourself write or does it flow all the time?
