What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

J.P. Howard The best advice I can give is definitely layered. I think reading is also important for aspiring writers. So much you can learn from reading other authors, both about yourself as a writer and about others. I also think it's important to connect with writing mentors so that you can get feedback on whatever new work you are writing. Having mentors has been invaluable for me.
