No. Somehow I could not relate to this book.
As a student of Jain Philosophy I could say one thing.According to the Karma Theory, delusion causes the soul to go into a body that is conventionally not in keeping with its sexual attraction-that is, a soul that is attracted to the female gender takes up a female body. This is at variance with the Ida and Pingla or Yan and Ying.
Of course this state of affairs is as old as mankind.

I was not aware at first. I only learned about Lili after I read the book. I am glad it got republished especially now which we are now becoming more acceptable on transgender issues.
