There's a lot of stuff that happens in Green that is really confusing to the reader who has only read the Circle books and none of the other books that tie into the series: The Paradise novels and the Books of History Chronicles.

I would recommend you read: Black-White--> the books of History Chronicles: Chosen, Infidel, Renegade and Chaos --> Showdown, Saint, Sinner THEN read Green. =)

Honestly Dekker said on his website that you could read them in completely different orders and it wouldn't matter just like reading the New Testament before the Old isn't that big of a deal. Enjoy!
