When Elena's novel gets published, and then the photographer comes and uses the photo of her and Tina, the Solaras drive by her waving the subsequent article in anger. I think this is the first indication of how they will take revenge, not on Elena, but on Lila, who has been working against them in the neighborhood.(less)
