Nicole Banks I think it's hard out there period. If you're a writer this industry can be very unforgiving or very welcoming. But I don't let that thought hold me back. I let that fuel me. Nothing in life that's worth it is easy, I don't expect this to be easy either. People shouldn't think because this is your dream, or because you're great at it, that it should be easy. You want something you work hard for it. Period.
