That is to say my stories are pre-planned in a three act arc similar to a movie. Scenes are denoted with bullet points so its just a matter of writing one scene after the next. If I feel stuck I start to write anyway, leaving underlines. Usually the scene quickly takes on a life of its own. I go back and fill in the blanks later.
