asked:
I have already read Ender's Game and I really enjoyed it, but there are so many books in this saga. In which order should I read them?

It's something like this
1. Ender's game - This is the pivot novel, a must read before any other from enderverse.
Then there are many subseries, read any of them in one go.
These are,
1st option
1. Speaker for the dead
2.Xenocide
3.Children of the mind
2nd option
1.Ender's shadow
2.Shadow of the Hegemon
3.Shadow puppets
4.Shadow of the giant
5.Shadows in Flight
3rd option
1.Earth Unaware
2.Earth Awakens
3.Earth Afire
Although personally, the 2nd option would be the best continuation of the story.
But definitely, 1st option is a must read as a long-term after-effect of Ender's game.
3rd option is a prequel to the story, which is a good option even before Ender's game.
Other books (like Ender in Exile) could be read in between the subseries.

There are two different series, so it's rather up to you whether you want to follow Ender in space or Bean and the others on earth.
For myself, I read all the Ender books (Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind) and then read Ender's Shadow. I'm on Shadow of the Hedgemon now. So far, Ender's series involves complex, mind-boggling theories, while the Ender's Shadow series is mainly action, like Ender's Game was. I like them both!

Cards Ender's and Shadow series are almost independent of one another. I read Ender's Game first, then Shadow of the Giant, Shadow of the Hegemon, Ender's Shadow. I recently started reading Speaker of the Dead which doesn't line up with anything in the series. My opinion is Ender Game first, then all of the shadows series.
