Not that I am aware of, but you can listen to the audio book (or a sample of the audio book here on goodreads and hear some of the names). Here is my best attempt based on listening to the audio book.
Ifemlu= Eef eh meh loo
Dike = Dee kay
Ginika = (hard g) gin- ih- ka
Ranyinudo = (hardest one for me) Ray yin oo doh
