Tricky one ... I think it's that I feel that if I don't write the story in my head, it won't get written (at least not my version of it). But daily -- I just sit down and write and hope that inspiration visits at some point during the morning.

If I understand correctly, Dig Deeper introduces Sal Smith; then ... what? Before Others Die series of 2? is there a First Draft and High Tide (which also feature S.Smith?)??? if there is, where do they fit into the lineup?
