Do you think that, when trying to create a story, it is more important to first be somewhat sure of the outline of the world and the plot before starting to shape the characters, or rather the other way round? Also, thank you for having chosen to tell your stories to the whole world. I am deeply thankful.

Rick Riordan I plot and do a little character development before I start. Then I just jump into the first draft and let the elements develop as they will. Usually it works!
