Goodreads asked Veronica Nagorny:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Veronica Nagorny My ideas stem from very odd places, and my method is backwards from that of most writers. I think of a title, whether it be a single word or a unique phrase that just sounds enticing, and then I outline the book based on the title. Is that weird? Probably. But it works for me, and I honestly love it. It allows for the title to tie in to the book in whichever way possible. When it comes to my current book, I was thinking of alliteration for the letter "c," (an author's idea of fun), when two words stuck themselves together and created the title for this piece. I haven't revealed the title or cover yet, so I can't tell you what it is ;)
