Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Jay E. Tria
The book I'm writing now is for StrangeLit, a paranormal/fantasy writing workshop sponsored by Buqo. I've never written paranormal before, though I read the genre (The Mediator, If Only It Were True, Blood and Chocolate, and yes, the Twilight Saga), so this is a fun writing exercise for me.
I've been wanting to write about death, and the life that you live carrying the burden of losing someone you love. This was not supposed to be a paranormal plot, but I guess anyone who has lost someone would feel like they're living in a ghost story. I know I do sometimes.
