When do you feel the most creative?

Nicholas P. Adams I feel I'm at my most creative in the early hours of the morning, after a good night's sleep. I've always been more of a morning person than a night owl, and found that my mind works faster (and more clearly) after sleeping through the night (sometimes after a mid-afternoon nap).

I've never felt that working all night long, into the wee small hours of the morning, ever produced good results for me. In fact, I never once pulled an "all-nighter" during my years in Architectural school (typical of my classmates). I found I could get more done when I had sufficient sleep, and my best ideas came in the mornings.
