Writers hate it when I say this, but I really don't believe in writer's block. If you can't write because you don't feel like it, that's not a great sign. If you've run out of ideas, that's also a worrying sign. Either way, I don't like it when people present it as some sort of affliction. It's not. My advice to people who think they're suffering from writer's block is to suck it up, and keep typing. More often than not, without realising, you'll click into 'the zone' and forget that there was a hurdle.
