The idea all came about because my husband had a strange dream one night and told me about it. I wrote down the details (it didn't add up to more than a few paragraphs) and “filed” it away for later (I was in the throes of publishing The Dragonfly Door at the time and that was all consuming…), it festered and a few months down the road, a ghost killer was born.
