Everyday there seems to be something happening around me - usually the actions of others, or a memory - that will be the inspiration for a poem or short story. Sometimes the short story will be the inspiration for a novel. This happened with "A Sure Thing" from Blind Date; "A Sure Thing" became a novel, Tommy's Exodus, which will be out early in 2016.
Writing seems to be it's own inspiration. The more I do it on a regular daily basis, the more the inspiration.

Yes to being your online friend. I love talking basketball and I hate, hate, hate the Lakers! I enjoy watching the Kings and will actually get to go to the Bobby Jackson bobblehead give away game at the end of the month! I never count on a win, but enjoy the feeling of being around "my Peeps"! Do you ever go to any sporting events?
