Hello, re read the entire Rome series just for the last installment, and something caught my eye. Nessus' prediction for Vix, didn't come to be true. Was this intentional, because Nessus' predictions always seemed so accurate, or did you simply choose not to follow that path?

(view spoiler)[Good eye for catching this! And it has a two-part answer. I had a slightly different ending in mind for "Lady of the Eternal City" when I wrote the prophecy a the end of "Mistress of Rome" - but when it came time to write LEC, the plot took me in a different direction as often happens. So the prophecy is slightly off, but only slightly, because part of the prediction still has time to come true: Nessus predicts that Vix will die in a chariot crash when old and driving too fast, and be cheered by his legions after his death, and I reckon that's still how it's going to happen. It's just going to happen when he's 80, offscreen from any book, because I can't bear to ever write Vix's death scene. (hide spoiler)]

I'm obsessed with your book The Alice Network. So well written, I love how you also have a love story intertwined! It was a real page turner, I haven't read that good of a book in awhile. I hope you write more? I will be checking out your other books as well. I had no idea there really was an Alice Network and now I'm so intrigued to learn more! Love your writing style!!
