How do you deal with writer’s block?

Billy Phillips Sometimes, I take time off and work on something completely unrelated. Other times I read books -- either books about writing or works of fiction.
Sometimes I work through it and go through the hell of being dry and empty and painfully uncreative while remembering that all writers go through this and knowing it will pass....eventually.
