Have you read Station Eleven? The flu pandemic in Not Forgetting the Whale seems similar to the virus which creates the scenario in Station Eleven. I really enjoyed both books.

No - I haven't read Station Eleven - although you aren't the first person to suggest it. So maybe I need to order a copy. So glad you enjoyed the book. :)
