Firstly, I don't think Just Listen is a rip-off of Speak. If that were the case, then you're basically saying, alright, since a book has already been written about a topic, anyone else who writes another book about that topic is ripping off the first book. So whoever the first person to write a book about bullying was, well, everyone else who ever wrote about bullying ripped that person off. No.
I think both Speak, and Just Listen, as well as this book, deal with the same issue/topic, but are very different books, as the characters in them all react in different ways, are completely different people with different personalities, and go about healing from their trauma in different fashions. There are similarities, but that's more due to the nature of their trauma than anything. The books are hardly the same though.
But I will say this to you. If you found Just Listen derivative, then don't bother with this book, because it will also feel derivative to you.

I don't think Just Listen was a ripoff of Speak. However, I agree that there's some minor plagiarism going on between this book and Just Listen, as well as from from 12 Reasons Why. The similarities are just a little too precise.

No, Speak and Faking Normal are two completely different books.
